We had the privilege to have our good friends and past Heber Valley Camp Missionaries Lawrence and Karen Bassett stay with us at Parker for a week. It was a busy week showing them all of the local attractions here. Here are some pictures of the things we did.
The "Nellie E Saloon" (DESERT BAR)
This saloon is out in the middle of nowhere. It is only open from 12 PM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
The place is run completely off of solar panels and batteries for electric. You would not believe how many people come to this place out in the middle of the desert.

We went to the local Lapaz County Fair. I guess after being used to the Delmar fair in San Diego, This one was a joke.
