ATV Riding in the Hurricane Area.

Hurricane has some of the most beautiful, scenic, and diverse ATV trails in the US.  In March of every year the Tri-State ATV Jamboree is held here.  People for all over the world come here for three days just to ride here.  Two years ago when we were here, I put on over 800 miles on my ATV in one month.  This time I have not  been keeping tract, but I know it won't be as much but I a willing to bet it will be in the 4 to 600 range.  Anyway, here are some pictures of some of the rides we made here.

This tree is on top of a rock sticking out over a 3,000 foot high mesa.

How much longer it will survive is anyone's guess!

My guess is the next tree hugger that takes a hold of this tree will have the ride of their life!  The shame is that the own trees
root system is going to cause it to fall off the cliff.  Notice the large root coming out of the crevice?  It is litterly pushing it away from the cliff.  Now look back at the picture above.  It's not going to last much longer.
