As part of celebrating our fortieth wedding anniversary, and a great way to end our Mission, we planned a trip to Branson, Missouri. We hooked up with one of our great Heber Valley Missionary friends, Tammy and Dave Tichelaar. We shared a condo there for one week, October 2nd through October 9th. Tammy and Dave drove from their home in Michigan and met us at the Springfield airport.
While in Branson, we attended eight shows and were able to visit the College of the Ozarks.
College of the Ozarks is an amazing place where students work 15 hours per week and one 40 hour week per semester to pay for their schooling.

If you ever get to Branson, you have to make it to the College of the Ozarks. Not only is it an amazing place to visit, they have a world class restaurant that has some of the best food I have ever eaten. The prices are reasonable because they use the students to serve and make the food.
