Well, we pulled into Spanish Fork on Wednesday, September 29th where our youngest daughter, Cassie and her family lives. Cassie is expecting her second child (A girl) in late October. We pulled into the campground that we stayed at in May.
That night the wind came up as it normally does, only this time more than normal. At 3AM I got up and went outside and cut off a tree limb that was banging against the back of the motor home keeping us awake. We had forgotten how bad the wind can blow through this valley.
The next day we moved into another campground with full hookups. Although the campground here is good, it is just less than 16 miles from Cassie and the city is doing road work on the route between us. It can take 45 minutes during rush hour traffic. We will be moving into another campground that is about half the distance and on the other side of the construction zone on Thursday. We plan to be there until sometime in December. Here are some pictures of Cassie, Brad, and Carter. Carter loves tractors. We have an old tractor in the campground so I snapped a few pictures while he was on it.
We will update the blog from time to time as we spend the next two months here in Utah.
