The Parker 425 Mile Off Road Race

We lucked out again.  Just happen to be in Parker for the Parker 425 Off Road Race.  This is like the Baja 500 on a smaller scale.  We met some friends here that have been to this before so they showed us where one of the best spots were to see the race.  Here are some of the pictures I took.

This was the first off road race of this type that Carol or I have ever been to.  It was exciting to watch in person.  Of course by the end of the day we were tired of eating dirt but it will still a lot of fun to see. We had a spot where we could see them come by under the bridge and up onto the course and them back down into the wash and under the bridge again.  They took video of the race and will air it on Fox Sports. As of right now there is not a viewing time set.  Last year is was on Fox Sports on April 15th so I would expect somewhere in April of this year.
