So good to be back in San Diego again. Sad on the other hand since the good friend I grew up together with next door to my Mom's house died at the young age of 60 from health problems. Within a month his Dad also died leaving the only living relative (Steve's Sister Diane) all of the possessions. Their was a ton of stuff in the house and garage that Diane didn't have a clue as to what to do with or what their were worth. Therefore I stepped in and helped sort, price and organize all kinds of stuff and then try to find people to buy most of the stuff.
While in San Diego, Carol broke her foot. We were able to get one of the Doctors who was on the orthopedic staff for the San Diego Chargers for 14 years.
Hey was able to put a screw into her foot and she was walking within a week.
Here she is cruising down the lanes and Costco.
Kicking back at my Mom's house.
We were also blessed to be with both of our Daughters for the Holidays. Cassie, Brad and their family came down from Arizona and stayed at Danielle and Nicks house.
Cassie showing her 7 months pregnant.
Kids playing with Grandma.
Brad and Carter decorating the tree a Danielle and Nick's house.
Paxton doing a workout on the treadmill.
We were able to go the La Jolla Cove and the tide pools.
Emery showing off her prize catch!
What fun being with the Grand Kids and sharing their joy
We are now going back to Parker Arizona for a week and then to Lake Havasu City for the annual Balloon Festival January 15, 16, 17th. We will then caravan with several friends to Quartzsite, Arizona for the annual RV Show.
